  1. Hotel Operation Manager 

Position Requirements:

·         2+ years experience in similar position in a 5* or luxury/boutique hotel preferably at Mykonos and Santorini

·         Degree in Hospitality / Tourism will be an asset

·         Excellent command of Greek and English language

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Guest satisfaction oriented

·         Teamwork spirit

·         Knowledge of PMS is considered essential

·         Superior computer skills [Microsoft Office, social media, emails, internet]

·         Planning and problem-solving skills

·         Ability to work under pressure both as part of a team and also working on own initiative

·         Ability for possible movement and accommodation during the season

Key Responsibilities:

·         Ensure the smooth operation of the hotel

·         Maintain at all times a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene

·         Ensure that the operational protocols are being followed

·         Support and build credible and trustworthy relations between guests and employees

·         Respond immediately to guests needs and requests

·         Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns

·         Participate in meetings with all HOD’s

·         Monitor all departments

·         Report to the General Manager

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

·         Πολύ καλή γνώση αγγλικών

·         Προϋπηρεσία σε ξενοδοχείο ή μεγάλο εστιατόριο (όχι μπαρ)

·         Επαγγελματική εμφάνιση, επικοινωνιακός χαρακτήρας

Η εργασία αφορά σε ξενοδοχείο με σκαλοπάτια.

Θα προτιμηθούν μόνιμοι κάτοικοι Σαντορίνης. Σε περίπτωση μη μόνιμης κατοικίας στη Σαντορίνη παρέχεται διαμονή και ημιδιατροφή.

Key responsibilities

·         Ensure a polite and warm welcome to all guests.

·         Maintain at all times a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.

·         Ensure excellent response to guest requests and complaints.

·         Follow operational protocols.

·         Build up full knowledge of hotel facilities and services.

Position requirements

·         Degree in Hospitality/Tourism

·         Excellent command of Greek and English language, additional languages will be considered as an asset.

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Knowledge of any PMS is considered essential.

·         self-discipline and strong work ethic with real pride in work

·         proven track record of working in high-volume kitchens

Job requirements

·         Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests.

·         Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.

·         Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information.

·         Control and secure cash and cash equivalents for property according to cash handling policy and procedures.

·         Organize, secure, and maintain all files and records in accordance with document retention and confidentiality policies and procedures.

·         Check in guests in an efficient and friendly manner.

·         Assure that guest is assigned type of room requested and the correct rate is charged.

·         Arrange and deliver luggage to guest rooms.

Entry requirements

·         Experience in a 4 or 5 star boutique hotel environment

·         Excellent organizational skills

·         Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
